It’s all internal, but the windows at the top are opened. You get a slightly better view over old town. At the top, it’s isn’t that spectacular really. Not a particularly difficult climb and it’s not too high, but there’s no railing and you can see through the slats below, so may cause issues for someone with a particular fear of heights. Internally, you can climb it to the top, using a wooden staircase. The clock tower itself looks pretty cool from the outside (you can see this for free on nearby streets). With your entry fee, you get a “free” drink at the bar. Entrance fee is €5 and paid at small till area, at bottom of stairs leading to courtyard area.
